Legal Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sacramento Local Agency Formation Commission on Wednesday August 5, 2026, at 5:30 pm or as soon thereafter as is practicable, shall conduct a public hearing to consider the following items:

1. Consider and adopt a new Sacramento LAFCo Fee Schedule, including new hourly rates for staff, to be effective October 1, 2026.
2. Consider and adopt additions and amendments to the Commission's Policies, Standards and Procedures.
3. Consider and adopt the environmental review and update to the sphere of influence for the Southgate Recreation and Park District.
4. Consider and adopt the environmental review and the annexation of Hood and Franklin Communities into the Sacramento Area Sewer District Service Area (LAFCo Project No. 2026-02).

The hearing will be held in the Board Chambers, 700 H Street, Room 1450, Sacramento, California.
